Yoga
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices
or disciplines which originated in ancient India. It is a great way to work on
your flexibility and strength. Everyone can proceed it as it's not just for
people who can touch their toes or want to meditate. Yoga poses work by
stretching our muscles. Moreover, they can help us to move better and feel less
stiff or tired. At any level of yoga, one can probably start to notice benefits
soon. In one study, people improved their flexibility by up to 35% after only 8
weeks of yoga. It is to be noted that

‘Asannas’ or postures, which focuses for certain body parts combined with
paranayama or breathing techniques that helps to integrate the body and mind.
There are more than a thousand poses in yoga and it mainly focuses on the mind
by teaching us to concentrate on certain parts of the body. Anybody could
practice yoga as age is never a barrier. Besides Yoga is opted over the other
kinds of exercises as it gives calmness for both body and soul at the same
time. Yoga should be practiced at least for 75 minutes, taking break in between.
